F.A.Q.S
  • Fright Vision is a new video souvenir system for scare mazes, haunts and Halloween attractions. It helps you generate extra revenue, increase your online marketing and capture visitor data.

  • Each guest is given a lanyard and filming pass at the entrance of the maze, which tracks their progress around the attraction. Our Fright Vision cameras are placed at the best scare moments to capture visitors’ reactions. At the exit of the attraction visitors can watch and buy their video.

  • We use a combination of RFID, computer vision and clever software magic to automatically track and film guests through each scene of your attraction.

  • At the end of the attraction, guests use a touch screen redemption terminal to scan the filming pass of each person they would like featured in their video. Our software then quickly and automatically creates a unique video for that group to view, purchase and share.

  • Absolutely, although we recommend only the first couple of scenes are shown at this stage, with the full video available upon purchase.

  • All videos can be automatically edited to include your own intro, outro, overlay and bumpers between each scene. You can see an example of a finished here: (LINK)

  • Guests will pay a member of your staff using your existing payment system. Your member of staff will scan a video receipt on the redemption terminal to confirm the purchase and then hand this to the guest. This receipt includes a unique QR code and link to their video.

  • Guests can decide who to include in their video by scanning their filming pass tags at the redemption terminals. They can include between 1 and 8 people in their video – the system automatically edits their video to capture all those who scanned their tags together.

  • Videos are sent by email or SMS. Guests also receive a physical video receipt which includes a unique QR code that they can scan to view their video. This is really handy if, for example, they input their email address or phone number incorrectly.

  • Yes! You’re able to log into the FrightVision.app cloud platform to see all purchased videos, see the latest stats and customize the video player, emails and sms messages.

  • You’re free to set your own price. Video costs are likely to vary from attraction to attraction based on visitor demographics, location etc. We suggest a price between £10 – £15 / $15 – $20 per video, but it’s entirely up to you.

  • Exact costs depend on the scale and throughput of your attraction – contact us and we’ll be happy to provide an accurate quote.

  • You can search and view all videos purchased from your attraction via the frightvision.app cloud platform. From here you can update user details and re-trigger emails and SMS messages. Additionally, when a video is purchased, they’re given a physical receipt containing a QR code which they can scan later to view their video.
